【摘要】 为了探讨常德市成年人的体质现状,按《2010年国民体质监测工作手册》的要求,从常德市20～59岁的成年人中随机抽取5 312人进行了问卷调查和体质测试.结果显示:常德市成年男子平均身高166.97 cm、平均体重66.67 kg,成年女子平均身高156.13 cm、平均体重54.93 kg;随着年龄的增长,成年男女的身高逐渐降低,体重、身体围度、皮脂厚度持续增加(女)或先升高后略降(男),导致超重和肥胖者所占比例较大;成年人心血管、呼吸机能随年龄的增长逐渐降低;静力性力量素质维持时间较长,耐力、暴发力、柔韧性、平衡能力和神经反应能力等均随年龄的增长而逐渐降低;2010年成年人体质合格率为89.5%,男女差异极小,但城镇高于乡村.更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the present condition of the adult physique in Changde city,questionnaire surveys and physical tests were conducted on 5 312 old people aged from 20 to 59 who were randomly selected according to the requirements of "2010 National Physical Fitness Monitoring Handbook".The results showed as follows: the average height of the adult men in Changde city was 166.97 cm,the average weight was 66.97 kg;the average height of the adult women was 156.13 cm,the average weight was 54.93 kg;along with the growth of the age,height of male and female adult gradually decreased,weight,body circumference,skinfold thickness were increased(female) or increased first and then decreased slightly(male),resulting in a larger proportion of overweight and obesity;the functions of cardiovascular,respiratory decreased gradually with the growth of the age;the static strength quality maintenance time long,endurance,explosive force,flexibility,balance ability and neural response ability all gradually decreased along with the age growth;the qualified rate in 2010 was 89.5%,and had almost no difference of between men and women,but the urban adults’ rate was higher than that of rural adults.更多还原
