【Abstract】 Through taking the seismic accrediting and reinforcement on a middle school teaching building in Changde city,and combining the present seismic appraisal standards,it were expound that the basic process of seismic appraisal and the concrete method of seismic reinforcement.And a seismic evaluation method was concluded for such type of building.The existing structural defects were found and a series of effective and economical strengthening measures were used.更多还原
