【摘要】 学前特殊教育是对特殊需要儿童学前期阶段的教育。为进一步发展完善学前特殊教育,对近年来关于学前特殊教育的政策法规、经费投入、师资建设、家园和社会的融合教育等进行分析,提出:在政策法规上,明确政府职责,制定学前特殊教育专项独立法律法规;在经费投入上,设立学前特殊教育专项经费,加大投入力度,优化投入结构,扩大来源渠道;在师资建设上,加强高校学前特殊教育专业建设,提供专业支持,为学前特殊教育教师提供学习、工作和生活保障;在融合教育上,家庭、教育、卫生等部门合力发展学前特殊教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preschool special education is the education for the children with special needs.In order to improve and develop preschool special education,this paper analyzes the policies and regulations,the funding,the teachers training,and the integrated education of home and society,etc.Then the paper puts forward the following suggestions:as to the policies and regulations,we should make the government’s role clearly,and make unique and independent laws and regulations for the preschool special educations;as to the funding,we should establish a unique fund for preschool special education,increase the scale of investment,optimize the investment structure,and expand the sources;as to the teachers training,we should strengthen the major of preschool special education in colleges,provide the professional support,and provide a learning,working and livelihood security for the preschool special education teachers.When it comes to the integrated education,the household,the education sector and the health sector should develop the preschool special education together.更多还原
