基于NI平台AMT电控单元快速控制原型设计及应用
Design And Application of Rapid Control Prototype of The AMT Electronic Control Unit Based on NI Platform
【摘要】 AMT(电控机械式自动变速器)电控单元的设计通常会耗用大量的时间,降低了项目展开的效率。基于NI(美国国家仪器)平台的AMT快速控制原型利用Labview图形化界面进行编程,采用NI PXIe 6368板卡对选换挡执行机构进行控制,成功完成了AMT选换挡机构走位的自动标定。此快速控制原型跟传统的DSP微处理器相比能达到同样的控制效果,但降低了实验成本和风险、提高了实验效率。
【Abstract】 The design of AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)control unit usually costs a long time,which is inefficient for research.The RCP(Rapid Control Prototype)of AMT based on NI platform used NI Labview for programming and NI PXIe 6368to control shift actuator.It successfully accomplished the automatic calibration of AMT shift actuator’s positions.Compared with DSP,the traditional AMT controller,RCP could also complete the control task with low cost and high efficiency.
