【摘要】 本文综述了土壤Pb污染对土壤动物生长和繁殖的影响。随着Pb浓度的增加,土壤动物的种类和数量减少,大型土壤动物蚯蚓体壁、胃肠道及细胞微结构产生严重损伤,胃肠道粘膜出血、萎缩,体内线粒体细胞发生肿胀、断裂,同时抑制蚯蚓酯酶同工酶的活性,精子发生畸形,增高畸形率。土壤动物对Pb污染的富集和耐污染能力,利用土壤动物对Pb污染进行指示,为土壤Pb污染的生物恢复和治理提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reviews the influence of soil Pb pollution on soil fauna community.With the increasing of concentration of Pb,the species and numbers of soil fauna descended.The body wall,stomach and intestines and microstructure of soil macrofauna(Earthworm) were severely injured.The film on their stomach appeared shrinking and bleeding and the cell of mitochondrion swelling and parting.The activity of esterase isozyme was controlled,and sperm abnormality and malformation rates were increased.The ability of enrichment and toralance of soil Pb pollution can be used into indicator soil Pb pollution.It will provide a reference to biological restoration and governing of soil Pb pollution.更多还原
