高职院校教师评价机制创新探究

【摘要】 近年来,随着高职教育的发展,高职教师的评价机制越来越受到关注。当前的高职教师评价机制存在着高职特色淡化、评价方式绝对化、评价主体片面化、反馈机制模糊化等现象,并没有真正建立发展性评价机制。只有对高职教师的评价进行理性定位,才能寻求到有效促进教师专业发展、提高教育教学质量的评价机制,才能不断优化教师队伍,促进教师队伍素质整体提高。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of higher vocational colleges, vocational teachers’ evaluation mechanisms have been paid more and more attention. However, in the current vocational teachers’ evaluation mechanism, there were some phenomenons such as vocational specialty fade, absolute evaluation methods, evaluation of the main one-sided, fuzzy feedback mechanisms, etc. which does not really establish a developmental evaluation mechanism. Therefore, only on a rational determinging the evaluation of vocational teachers could we find effective evaluation machanism promoting the professional development of teachers, improving teaching quality evaluation mechanism in order to optimize the teacher team and promote the overall improvement of the quality of teachers.
