【摘要】 人才培养是高校工作的重中之重。当前人才培养体系存在一些不足:过于标准化的培养目标、缺乏整体观的培养方案制定、学科分化过细的课程体系、尊崇线性思维式的课程设计、过于偏重规律性知识的培养内容,需设置弹性化及多样化的培养目标,制定具备整体观的培养方案,构建超越学科边界的课程体系,设计注重人的因素的课程,增加锻炼思维能力的培养内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talents training is one of the most important tasks of the college.There are some disadvantages of the current talents training system:too standardized training objectives,lack of holistic view in the design of training programs,too meticulous discipline differentiation in curriculum system,linear thinking style design of curriculums and overly dependence on the regularity knowledge in the training content.Some improvements should be made,including setting elastic and various training objectives,developing training programs with the overall concept,building curriculum system beyond disciplinary boundaries,designing courses that focus on human factors and increasing contents that focus on improving students’ thinking ability.更多还原
