浮船坞沉浮自动控制系统的设计和实现
Design and Implementation of Floating Dock Lifting Automatic Control System
【摘要】 目前国内一些浮船坞已采用了信号遥测和手动遥控系统,但并不能自动地控制浮船坞沉浮。为了提高浮船坞的自动化程度,针对某浮船坞,开发了浮船坞沉浮自动控制系统,对系统的总体设计和控制程序进行了阐述,并对上位机监测界面进行了介绍。通过在浮船坞上的实际应用表明:浮船坞沉浮自动控制系统能够使浮船坞的沉浮过程更可靠、更快捷、更平稳。
【Abstract】 Currently some floating docks have installed the signals remote monitor and manual remote control system, but they cannot control the floating dock to lift automatically. In order to improve the automation degree of floating dock, the paper develops a floating dock lifting automatic control system. The overall design and control program of the system are described. The monitoring surfaces on upper computer are also introduced.The practical application on the floating dock indicates that the floating dock lifting automatic control system can make the lifting process of floating dock more reliable, faster and more stable.
