祛风宣肺方对气道敏感性增高豚鼠组胺、白三烯B4及嗜中性粒细胞弹力蛋白酶水平的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察祛风宣肺方对气道敏感性增高豚鼠血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中组胺(HIS)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、嗜中性粒细胞弹力蛋白酶(NE)水平的影响。方法:采用随机、对照的研究方法,应用经典、成熟的气道敏感性增高模型豚鼠,分为正常对照组、模型组、祛风宣肺方组、孟鲁司特组,酶联免疫法测定其血浆及BALF中HIS、LTB4、NE水平。结果:模型组与正常对照组相比,HIS、LTB4、NE水平明显升高,祛风宣肺方组及孟鲁司特组与模型组相比各指标均有下降,祛风宣肺方组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:豚鼠气道敏感性增高与炎性因素密切相关,祛风宣肺方及孟鲁斯特在减轻炎性反应方面均具有较好效果,祛风宣肺方疗效更为明显。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of histamine(HIS),leukotrienes B4(LTB4),neutrophil elastase(NE) level in airway hypersensitivity guinea pigs intervened by Eliminating Wind and Dispersing Lung Formula(EWDL).Methods: By a randomized controlled study,using the classical,mature airway hypersensitivity animal model,guinea pigs were divided into normal group,model group,EWDL group,and Montelukast group.The HIS,LTB4,NE level in plasma and BALF were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the normal group,HIS LTB4 and NE levels were significantly higher than those in the model group.Compared with the model group,those in EWDL group and Montelukast group were lower,and were more apparent in EWDL group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The guinea pig airway hypersensitivity is closely related to inflammatory factors. EWDL and Montelukast can reduce the inflammatory reaction.Effects of EWDL are more apparent.
