【摘要】 目的:通过临床观察针刺少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛患者的远期视觉模拟评分(VAS)和头痛强度及偏头痛生活品质问卷评分的变化情况。方法:采用随机、对照、单盲的研究方法,将符合入选标准的偏头痛病例60例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例针刺少阳经特定穴(穴角孙、外关、阳陵泉、丘墟),对照组30例针刺非经非穴,每次治疗30min/周,共治疗4周。于治疗前和治疗结束4周后分别记录两组患者偏头痛VAS评分、头痛强度和MSQ评分变化。结果:入组8周治疗组VAS计分、头痛强度和MSQ计分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),入组8周两组间比较显示,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴可改善偏头痛患者远期视觉模拟计分、头痛强度和生活品质问卷评分,临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical changes of VAS,headache intensity and MSQ of migraine patients receiving acupuncture on Shaoyang specific acupoints.Methods: In the random,contrast and single-blind research method,60 cases who conform to the standard were randomly divided into two groups: therapy group(the specific acupoint on the meridian of Shaoyang group with 30 cases) and control group(the non-meridian and non-acupoint group with 30 cases).Every time 30 minutes,5 times/week,a total of four weeks treatment.Before and after treatment,VAS,headache intensity and MSQ of two groups migraine patients were seperately recorded.Result: After treatment,VAS,headache intensity and MSQ scores were superior than before treatment in treatment group(P﹤0.05).There were significant difference between treatment group and contrast group after treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Both acupuncture with and without the specific acupoint on the meridian of Shaoyang had effect on treatment,especially for Jiaosun,Waiguan,Yanglingquan,Qiuxu to decrease the scores of VAS,MSQ and headache intensity.更多还原
