【摘要】 目的:观察中药穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)复发的防治作用。方法:将248例COPD患者随机分为中药穴位贴敷治疗组(132例)和常规治疗组(116例)。中药穴位贴敷治疗组连续5年在"三伏"、"三九"两时段对相应的穴位组合进行中药贴敷治疗。常规治疗组患者在每年贴敷时间段口服茶碱缓释片。结果:治疗2年后中药穴位贴敷治疗组复发率明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。穴位贴敷减少和控制了COPD的复发几率。结论:"三伏"、"三九"中药穴位贴敷能减少和控制COPD复发几率,是一种有效的防控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine acupoint sticking for recurrence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: Two hundred and forty-eight cases with COPD were randomly divided into a Chinese medicine acupoint sticking treatment group(Group A,132 cases) and a conventional treatment group(Group B,116 cases).In the Group A,Chinese medicine sticking was treated at corresponding acupoint combination during the periods of dog days and Sanjiu,the third nine-day period after the winter solstice,for 5 years.In the Group B,theophylline sustained release tablets were orally administrated during the same periods as the Group A.Results: After the treatment for 2 years,the recurrence rate in the Group A was obviously lower than that in the Group B(P<0.01).The acupoint sticking has reduced and controlled the recurrence rate.Conclusion: Chinese medicine acupoint sticking at dog days and Sanjiu could reduce and control the recurrence rate of COPD,which is an effective method for prevention and treatment.更多还原
