【摘要】 目的:分析穴位贴敷疗法防治慢性哮喘的相关影响因素。方法:以卵清蛋白复制BALB/c慢性哮喘小鼠模型。按正交设计观察贴敷小鼠肺俞、膻中穴,不同的药物、剂量、贴敷持续时间与贴敷间隔时间这4种因素,3种水平对模型血清IgE值及肺组织病理的影响。结果:根据统计学分析,最有效的组方是复方0.6g,贴敷4h,每5d贴敷1次。其中,药物的组成、贴敷持续时间与贴敷间隔时间3个影响因素水平优选,而药物剂量的三水平对结果没有影响。结论:穴位贴敷疗法中存在着多因素的相互影响,选择合适的药物、贴敷持续时间和间隔时间,配合适当的药物剂量,可以提高贴敷的疗效,有利于更好地防治哮喘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the multiple factors affecting acupoint sticking therapy to cure chronic asthma.Methods: Chronic asthmatic models were established by intraperitoneal injection and atomization with ovalbumin.The IgE in blood serum and the pathology of lung tissue were measured and orthogonal design was adopted for optimization of combined programs of 4 factors at 3 levels influencing therapeutic effects of acupoint sticking therapy on chronic asthma.The 4 factors were composition and dosage of herbs,duration time and interval time of sticking therapy.Results: Baijiezi Tufa,0.6g,4h and every 5 day for each time attained the lowest IgE.The composition of herbs and duration time and interval time of sticking therapy were the key factors of acupoint sticking.However,the dosage given in the test had no effect to the outcome.Conclusion: There are multiple factors affecting acupoint sticking therapy.The results demonstrated that proper composition of drugs,duration time and interval time,combined with suitable dosage of herbs could reduce IgE and improve the inflammation of lung tissue effectively.更多还原
