生地黄炭及熟地黄炭对小鼠出、凝血时间的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究生地黄炭、熟地黄炭对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,为进一步探讨生地黄炭、熟地黄炭止血炮制机制提供前期的实验基础。方法:以ICR种小鼠为实验动物,采用断尾法及毛细管法分别测定生地黄、熟地黄、炒生地黄炭、炒熟地黄炭、煅生地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭对小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,生地黄、炒生地黄炭、炒熟地黄炭均能够缩短小鼠出血时间和凝血时间(P<0.01);煅生地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭均能够缩短小鼠出血时间和凝血时间(P<0.05);与生地黄组比较,炒生地黄炭、煅生地黄炭均能够缩短小鼠出血时间和凝血时间(P<0.05);与熟地黄组比较,炒熟地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭均能够缩短小鼠出血时间和凝血时间(P<0.01)。结论:生地黄炭和熟地黄炭均具有一定的止血作用,且生地黄制炭后增强了止血作用、熟地黄制炭后产生了止血作用,不同制炭方法对生地黄炭和熟地黄炭止血作用没有显著性影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the effect of carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root on bleeding time and coagulation time of mice,in order to provide an initial experimental basis for exploring the stop bleeding and processing mechanism of carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root.Methods: Selecting ICR mice as experimental animals,using docking method and the capillary tube method to measure bleeding time and coagulation time of Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,Prepared Rehmannia Root,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber by calcining,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root by calcining.Results: Compared with the 0.9% saline group,Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root were able to significantly shorten the bleeding time and coagulation time of mice(P<0.01);and carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber by calcining,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root by calcining can significantly shorten the bleeding time in mice and coagulation time(P<0.05);Compared with the Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber group,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber and carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber by calcining can significantly reduce bleeding time in mice and coagulation time(P<0.05);Compared with the Prepared Rehmannia Root group,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root by calcining can significantly reduce bleeding time in mice and coagulation time(P<0.01).Conclusion: Carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root all have a certain role in hemostasis,and Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber enhanced hemostasis after carbonizing,Prepared Rehmannia Root resulting from hemostasis after carbonizing,and there are not signicant difference between different carbonizing methods to hemostasis of carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root.
