【摘要】 目的:探讨冬病夏治对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺气虚证患者生活质量的影响。方法:应用夏治咳喘宁对COPD肺气虚证患者进行穴位敷贴,每年3次,连续3年,观察治疗前后患者圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)积分的变化。结果:SGRQ积分治疗后较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:冬病夏治法运用夏治咳喘宁穴位敷贴能显著降低COPD肺气虚证患者的SGRQ积分,明显改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of treating winter diseases in summer on life quality with lung-qi deficiency in COPD patients.Methods: Xiazhi Kechuanning point application was used in COPD patients with lung qi deficiency,three times a year for 3 years.SGRQ integral(SGRQ points) changes were observed before and after treatment.Results: SGRQ points has a significant improvement after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: Treating winter diseases in summer application of Xiazhi Kechuanning point could low SGRQ integral of COPD patients with lung-qi deficiency,and enhance the life quality.更多还原
