【摘要】 黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业是龙江支柱性产业,滑雪企业是其产业链条的核心环节,其未来的发展与其成长的模式密切相关的。通过对黑龙江省滑雪企业现状的分析,指出滑雪企业数量多、规模较小、分布不集中,资金投入少、产业结构单一、产业结构不合理,外省市的竞争的威胁日益严重,滑雪企业正面临尖锐的生态环境保护威胁是黑龙江省滑雪企业的劣势,已经无法满足未来发展的需要。认为黑龙江滑雪企业集团化的成长模式必须走联合发展之路,以政府主导、企业为主体、市场为导向,对小企业进行关停并转,政府主导型的模式以组建2~4个跨地区性滑雪企业发展管理集团为宜;国际化引资主导型的模式提升其发展规模。这不单单是提高企业的自身竞争力,对于冰雪体育、冰雪旅游以及产业链条的发展和黑龙江省整体经济的发展都具有重要的促进作用与示范效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang provincial ice and snow tourism industry is a pillar,skiing is the core link of its industry chain,the development of the future is closely related to its growth pattern.By analyzing the status of Heilongjiang provincial skiing business,the paper has pointed out that there are too many skiing enterprise,small sized,scattered,less capital investment,single industrial structure,unreasonable industrial structure,the competitive threat from other provinces is increasingly serious,skiing enterprises are facing sharp ecological environment protection threat is the weaknesses,unable to meet the needs of future development.The paper thinks that collectivization growth pattern of Heilongjiang provincial skiing business have to take the joining development way,leading by the government,the enterprises as the main body,the market as the guidance,shutdown small businesses,government dominant mode forms 2 ~ 4 cross regional skiing enterprises is appropriate; International investment oriented pattern enhances its development.This is not only to improve the competitiveness,has promoted and an important demonstration effect for ice and snow sports,tourism and the development of industry chain and the whole development of Heilongjiang province.更多还原
