优秀女子速滑运动员全程速度量化特征研究

【摘要】 为深入分析优秀速滑运动员全程速度存在的问题,以个案研究等研究方法对2008年荷兰短距离世锦赛我国女子运动员比赛数据进行了量化分析,结果表明:张爽全程速度节奏波动过大,影响其竞赛成绩的进一步提升;邢爱华全程速度节奏较合理,但最大速度能力制约了其竞技表现;王北星具有较强的速度控制能力,但其起动加速能力有待于进一步提高。最大速度能力、速度耐力、全程速度节奏的合理分配及两次比赛的稳定性对获取优异运动成绩缺一不可;入一弯内道和出二弯道是节奏控制的关键区,运动员应适当控制入弯道速度和出弯道后的加速节奏。

【Abstract】 For deeply analyzing the existing problems about entire speed of excellent skaters,with the method of case study,this paper has a quantitative analysis on match stats of Chinese female skaters in 2008 Netherlands sprint speed skating world championship. The results show that the entire rhythm of speed of Zhang Shuang fluctuates greatly,and that influences the promotion of the performance. The entire rhythm of speed of Xing Aihua is reasonable but the maximum speed restricts her performance. Wang Beixing has a strong velocity control ability but her accelerating ability needs to be improved. Neither of the reasonable distribution of maximum speed ability,speed endurance,entire rhythm of speed and the stability of two games is dispensable to get excellent athletic performance. In the first inside curve and out of the second curve is the key area of rhythm controlling. Skaters should appropriately control the speed into the curve and the accelerating rhythm of out of the curve.
