高温对种公牛精液品质的影响研究

【摘要】 [目的]通过比较分析武威当地四个高温月份种公牛的精液品质,为制订高温环境下种公牛的饲养管理规程、合理安排冻精生产计划和提高种公牛精液品质提供科学参考。[方法]选择20头西门塔尔种公牛做为供试牛,比较分析了4个高温月份种公牛的精液品质。[结果]牛舍内温度高低顺序为7月、8月、6月、9月,平均温度依次为27.4℃、26.7℃、22.4℃、18.6℃;7月和8月种公牛射精量、原精活力和原精密度显著低于6月和9月(P<0.05),7月和8月精子畸形率显著高于9月(P<0.05)、极显著高于6月(P<0.01),7月冻后活力显著低于8月(P<0.05)、极显著低于6月和9月(P<0.01),7月精液废弃率显著高于8月(P<0.05)、极显著高于6月和9月(P<0.01)。[结论]通过综合措施,适时安排好生产程序,可以减轻热应激对种公牛精液品质的危害,从而提高种公牛精液品质。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To comparatively analyze the semen quality of bulls for the four high temperature months in Wuwei,formulate the breeding and management discipline under high temperature conditions,reasonably arrange the production of frozen semen and improve semen quality.【Methods】20Simmental bull were chosen for the test,and bull semen quality was comparatively analyzed under high temperature.【Results】The temperature order in barn was July,August,June,September,the average temperature was27.4℃,26.7℃,22.4℃and 18.6℃in turn;The bull ejaculate,original essence of vitality and precision were significantly lower in July and August than that of June and September(P<0.05).sperm malformation rate was higher in July and August than that in September(P<0.05),and significantly higher than in June,.The vigor after frozen in July was significantly lower than August(P<0.05),and significantly lower than that in June and September(P<0.01).Semen scrap rate was higher than that in July and August(P<0.05),significantly higher than June and September(P<0.01).【Conclusion】Through the comprehensive measures and timely arrangement of production procedures could help to reduce the harm of heat stress on semen quality,and to improve the quality of semen.
