【摘要】 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、法解释学等方法研究职业体育俱乐部投资者权利问题,目的是为正确处理我国职业体育俱乐部与投资者的关系提供理论依据。研究认为:职业体育俱乐部运营目的包含经济成功和比赛成功2大内容。既要保护职业俱乐部投资者合理的利益诉求,禁止违背市场规律,片面追求比赛成绩的"比赛至上"行为,又要对投资者权利进行必要的制约,防止脱离体育目标而单纯追求经济利益的行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review,logic analysis,and hermeneutics,this paper sets to research on the rights of professional sport club investors,with the purpose of providing a theoretical basis for rational coordination of the relationship between professional sport clubs and their investors.The research proposes that the operational goals of professional sports clubs involve both economic success and competition success.Therefore,it is necessary to protect the rational interest demands of professional sport club investors by guarding against the practice of lopsided pursuit of competition results and"competition first"in spite of the market law,and to set necessary constraints on the investors rights to prevent pure pursuit of economic interests despite of sport significance.更多还原
