【Abstract】 Based on a systematic analysis of the International Paralympic philosophy and the scientific outlook on development of harmonious society,the present paper studied the significance and development of sports for people with disabilities in China in the new era and put forward some basic theories and referential suggestions for the development and decision-making of sports for people with disabilities in China through the combinations of prospective study and countermeasure research,and of theoretical research and system construction.更多还原
