【摘要】 为实现爆炸焊接用低爆速粉状铵油炸药的现场混装,研制出一种新型粉状铵油炸药车。该车采用旋转料仓设计,将原有的静态出料改为动态出料,解决了传统铵油车存在的料仓起拱问题。所生产的粉状铵油炸药爆速1800~2500 m/s,生产速度200~300kg/min,满足了爆炸焊接用药的使用要求。该车不仅能够生产粉状铵油炸药,而且可以生产多孔粒状铵油炸药。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the sake of realization of on-site mixing powdery low detonation velocity ammonium nitrate fuel oil( ANFO) explosive used for explosion welding,a new type of powdery ANFO site-mixing truck was developed. It adopted rotating bin design,changed the original static discharge to dynamic discharge,and has solved the arching problem of traditional ANFO mixing-loading truck material. The detonation velocity of the powder ANFO explosive is 1800-2500 m / s and the production speed is 200-300 kg / min,which meet the use requirement of explosion welding.
