巨厚砾岩层爆破掘进快速建井技术

【摘要】 立井建设投资大、施工周期长,快速建井技术对于缩短施工周期、保证煤炭生产连续性意义重大。华丰煤矿中部立风井主要地层为巨厚砾岩层,在其建设过程中,不仅存在施工速度慢的问题,而且爆破掘进时经常"揭不开盖",出现爆破内部作用现象。针对以上问题,基于自由面的爆破效应原理,通过对自由面影响掏槽效果的研究,利用不同深度分阶分段掏槽方式,解决了"揭不开盖"的难题。在设备配套和施工组织管理方面,提出了施工机械"五大"配套方案,建立了施工人员的培养、施工设备的管理制度,通过采用多种平行交叉作业方式,极大的提高了掘进速度。在华丰矿中部立风井的建设中,月进尺明显提高,最快达到160 m,证明了该技术对提高掘进速度的有效性。

【Abstract】 The shaft is constructed with the feature of large investment and long construction cycle. Rapid construction technology means a lot to shorten the construction period and ensure the continuity of coal production. However,the major stratum of central vertical air shaft is giant thick gravel stratum in Huafeng Coal Mine,which exists problems of slow construction and internal effect in blasting and excavation. To solve these problems,based on the principle of free surface blasting effects and the study of free surface effecting cutting,different deep sub-phases cutting way is used. In order to dramatically improve the driving speed,program of"Big Five"construction machine is proposed,system of worker training and equipment management is established and multiple parallel cross operation mode is adopted in ancillary equipment and construction management. The speed of construction is improved significantly and the fastest speed reach to 160 m in the building of central vertical air shaft in Huafeng Coal Mine,which proves the technology is effectively in improve the excavation speed.
