热镀锌板表面无机组分与有机硅烷复合钝化膜
Inorganic Component-Organic Silane Composite Passivation Film Performance on the Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Surface
【摘要】 以硅烷偶联剂KH560和KH602复配出有机硅烷钝化组分,再加入双氧水改性的TiOSO4和Na3VO4无机组分,配制出无机组分-有机硅烷复合钝化液。通过电化学Tafel极化曲线、交流阻抗谱(EIS)和中性盐雾试验,对比了未钝化镀锌板、添加和未添加无机组分钝化的镀锌板的耐蚀性;通过附着力测试,评价了两种钝化膜层的附着性能;通过扫描电子显微镜,对比了三种试样表面的微观形貌。结果表明:加入无机组分能有效改善钝化膜的耐蚀性,提高膜层表面结构的致密性,从而形成耐蚀性好、附着力强、表面均匀、结构致密的复合钝化膜。
【Abstract】 The passivation solution made from inorganic compound-organic composite was prepared from using silane coupling agents KH560 and KH602,added TiOSO4 and Na3VO4 in the modified H2O2.The corrosion resistance of the passivated coating was preformed by Tafel polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and neutral salt spray test(NSST),the film adhesion performance was evaluated by the adhesion test experimental,and the surface structure and morphology were studied with a scanning electron microscope(SEM) compared to three specimen.The experimental results show that addition of inorganic compounds can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of passivation film and denseness,thereby forming the passivation film with perfect corrosion resistance,strong adhesion,uniform surface,and dense structure.
