熔制工艺对含氟钡镓锗玻璃热性质及OH基吸收的影响

【摘要】 采用DTA热分析、红外吸收光谱技术,研究了熔制工艺对BaF2-Ga2O3/GaF3-GeO2系玻璃热性质及OH基吸收的影响。结果表明,熔制温度和时间对含氟钡镓锗玻璃的玻璃转变温度有明显影响。在无气氛保护的情况下,适当提高玻璃熔制温度或适当延长玻璃熔制时间可以增加除水效果,降低玻璃中的OH基含量;但过高的熔制温度和过长的熔制时间会造成炉体气氛中的水重新侵入玻璃,导致玻璃中的OH基含量升高。为获得低OH含量的红外应用玻璃材料,在加入氟化物的同时,还必须采取合适的熔制工艺及气氛保护措施。

【Abstract】 The effects of melting conditions on the thermal properties and OH group absorption of BaF2-Ga2O3/GaF3-GeO2 system glasses were studied by DTA thermal analysis and infrared absorption spectroscopy.The results indicate that,both the melting temperature and melting time have significant influence on the glass transformation temperature of barium gallium germanate glass containing fluoride.Under the situation without atmosphere protection,a reasonably high melting temperature and long melting time could improve dewatering effect and reduce the OH group content in the glass.However,the excessively higher melting temperature and the excessively longer melting time can increase the OH group content in glasses because of the penetration of water vapor in furnace atmosphere.In order to obtain the glass material with low OH content for infrared transmission,fluoride should be added,and the appropriate melting conditions and atmosphere protection should also be adopted.
