【摘要】 目的观察经中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病康复后肩臂疼痛症状复发率的临床疗效。方法将480例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和观察组各240例,治疗组给予脊柱旋提手法治疗、口服中药、颈椎康复操的中医综合疗法治疗,对照组给予颈椎牵引治疗、口服西药、佩戴颈围的常规治疗,比较治疗后疗效及1个月后随访临床控制、显效患者肩臂疼痛症状复发率情况。结果治疗组控显率、有效率均高于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法可有效治疗神经根型颈椎病且有复发率低的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical efficacy ofTCM comprehensive therapy on recurrence rate of shoulder-arm pain after nerve-root type cervical spondylosis.Methods Four hundred and eighty cases of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and an observation group,240 cases in each one.The treatment group was treated with TCM comprehensive therapy,including twisting-lifting manipulation at spine,oral administration of Chinese medicine and rehabilitation exercise of cervical vertebra.The control group was treated with regular treatment,including cervicaltraction,oral administration of western medicine and neck circumference.The therapeutic effects after the treatment as well as clinical control,recurrence rate of shoulder-arm pain among effective patients in one-month follow-up visit were compared.Results The controlled effective rate and effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group with significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy could effectively treatnerve-root type cervical spondylosis with an advantage of low recurrence rate.更多还原
