浅议网球技术动作的整体概念与力学原理

【摘要】 文章以击球效果的技术要求来反推网球技术动作的整体概念,分层次、分阶段地提出技术动作要求,并以正手抽球动作为例,从准备击球和击球两个阶段,以人体运动结构为载体进行力学原理分析,得出结论:身体运动的各个环节是一个整体;发力动作都是基于最原始的身体运动结构和力学基本理论,并不复杂,易于理解;合理动作的完成必须是在身体相对放松的状态下才可以实现。

【Abstract】 With the effects of the technical requirements to study tennis technical movement’s overall concepts, from hierarchy, by stages, the paper puts forward technique requirements of tennis. Forehand pumping action, for example, from two stages, ready to hit the ball and hit the ball with the mechanics principle of structure of human body movement as the carrier are analyzed in the study. The paper, finds that three conclusions can be drawn in the study: Links of body movements form a whole unity; power movements are based on the original body movement theory structure and mechanics, not complicated, easy to understand; Reasonable action completion only can be reached in the relatively relaxed body condition.
