基于单片机控制的血压连续检测系统

【摘要】 目的为实现高血压症的早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗,笔者开发了基于容积补偿法和单片机控制的手腕式无创性血压连续检测系统。方法本系统以手腕处的桡骨动脉为检测对象,采用局部加压式袖带和新型电空变换器,并通过单片机的软硬件控制,实现了便携式、连续性和高精度检测系统的研发。同时,实验评价了系统的检测性能,与电子血压计检测装置进行了检测精度的对比实验。结果局部加压式袖带可以有效压迫桡骨动脉而不产生末梢血管的淤血,新型电空变换器具有良好的频率特性并实现袖带的瞬时压力控制。本系统与同时利用电子血压计测得的血压值,具有很好的相关性。血压连续曲线在被实验者安静和呼吸干扰时,都有较好的跟随性。结论本系统以桡骨动脉为检测对象的无创性血压连续检测是可行的。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to achieve the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of hypertension,an instantaneous blood pressure measuring system at the wrist is developed based on the volumecompensation method and PIC microcontroller in this paper.Methods The radial artery at wrist is as the object of detection,a local pressurizing cuff and a new type electro-pneumatic converter are used to realize a portable detection system with continuity and highly accuracy.The comparative test between this system and the electronic blood-pressure meter(EBM ) is carried out to evaluate the system accuracy.Results The local pressurizing cuff compresses the radial artery effectively and safely,and the electric pneumatic converter with good frequency characteristic is suitable for the control of instantaneous pressure in the cuff.The results obtained from this system using the volume-oscillometric method and those from the electronic blood-pressure meter are well correlated.In addition,the characteristics of the system to measure instantaneous blood pressure are good not only in rest condition,but also with respiratory interference.Conclusions The system is capable of measuring instantaneous blood pressure at radial artery non-invasively.
