望江南化学成分分离和结构鉴定

【摘要】 研究望江南的化学成分.利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定.从望江南种子中用体积分数为95%的乙醇提取物的氯仿部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为大黄素甲醚(1),豆甾醇(2),5,7′-二聚大黄素甲醚(3),1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(4),豆甾醇-3-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5).其中,化合物3,4,5为首次从望江南中分离得到.

【Abstract】 The chemical constituent of Cassia occidentalis is studied in this work.The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20and recrystallization.Their structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as 1 H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of 95%ethanolic extract of Cassia occidentalis seeds.They were identified as physcion(1);stigmasterol(2);5,7′-biphyscion(3);monopalmitin(4);stigmasterol-3-β-Dglucopyranoside(5),respectively.The last three compounds(3,4and 5)are isolated from the Cassia occidentalis for the first time.
