新型壳聚糖微球/磷酸钙骨水泥的体外细胞相容性研究
Cell biocompatibility of a new chitosan microspheres calcium phosphate cement in vitro
【摘要】 目的通过细胞体外培养实验,评价自主开发的新型壳聚糖微球/磷酸钙骨水泥材料的细胞相容性。方法将小鼠成骨前体细胞株MC3T3-E1接种于壳聚糖微球/磷酸钙骨水泥的固化块上,应用倒置相差显微镜和扫描电镜观察细胞在材料上的生长、粘附情况;通过MTT法检测细胞的增殖能力。结果 MC3T3-E1细胞在壳聚糖微球/磷酸钙骨水泥固化块上能较好地生长、粘附,MTT吸光值随时间延长增长幅度大于对照材料α-TCP/磷酸钙骨水泥。结论壳聚糖微球/磷酸钙骨水泥具有良好的体外细胞相容性,有望成为一种理想的骨组织工程支架材料。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the cell biocompatibility of a new independent development of chitosan microspheres /CPC in vitro.Methods The mouse preosteoblastic cells(MC3T3-E1) were cultured on setting discs of chitosan microspheres /CPC.The growth,adhesion and proliferation of the MC3T3-E1 were observed by inverted microscope,SEM and MTT assay.Results The MC3T3-E1 could grow and adhere on the discs of chitosan microspheres /CPC well and the MTT value of chitosan microspheres /CPC increased more than the control material-α-TCP/CPC with time.Conclusion The chitosan microspheres /CPC has a good cell biocompatibility.
