【Abstract】 As an original process,the selection of pre-service teacher candidates determines the quality of teacher education.In the early 21st century,USA and Canada underwent a reform in their pre-service teacher education selection system,and the institutions,requirements and procedures are reconstructed.The characteristics that feature pre-service teacher education selection system in these two countries are the leading criteria of knowledge,skills and dispositions,the diversified evaluation,the explicit of implicit characteristics,the concern about self-selection,and the anticipatory socialization.更多还原
