环己酮肟重排工艺的动态模拟
Dynamic simulation of cyclohexanone oxime rearrangement process
【摘要】 对己内酰胺生产中环己酮肟重排工艺进行了动态模拟,建立了重排反应器和中和反应器的数学模型。通过对反应装置物料流动方式的分析,结合反应动力学、物料衡算和能量衡算,建立了重排反应器和中和反应器的全混流动态数学模型,并选用序贯模块法计算。对动态模拟的模拟值与实测值的比较结果证明了所建立的数学模型能够很好地模拟工艺过程。
【Abstract】 This paper built the dynamic simulation for the process of cyclohexanone oxime rearrangement,which focused on establishing the dynamic mathematical models for rearrangement reactor and neutralization reactor. Through analysis of material flow,reaction kinetics,mass balance,and energy balance,the continuous stirred tank reactor model is established,and dynamic sequential modular method is used to solve the model. The results showed the simulation is consistent with actual production,indicating the models can simulate the process very well.
