醇解废液回收工艺中TQ-501塔的模拟优化

【摘要】 针对醇解废液回收能耗高的问题,采用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件对共沸精馏塔TQ-501进行了模拟。在选取合适的热力学模型NRTL基础上,分别进行了单因素和多因素分析,得出了最佳操作参数组合:理论板数27、进料位置7、回流比1.55、馏出比0.341。最后,在回流比发生变化的情况下,对TQ-501塔进行了灵敏板分析,得出TQ-501塔第12块板为最佳灵敏板。

【Abstract】 Large amounts of energy are needed in the recycling of the waste alcoholysis liquid produced during the manufacture of polyvinyl alcohol.An azeotropic distillation column TQ-501 has been simulated using the chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus to solve the above problem.Based on selecting appropriate thermodynamic non-random two-liquid(NRTL) models,the following optimum combination of operating parameters were obtained by univariate and multivariate analysis: number of theoretical plates 27,feed location 7,reflux ratio 1.55,distillate to feed ratio 0.341.Finally,when the reflux ratio was changed,the 12th plate was determined to be the sensitive plate.
