多壁碳纳米管负载镍-磷合金催化剂的制备及其乙醇电催化氧化性能

【摘要】 采用改良的化学镀法制备得到了多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)负载镍-磷(Ni-P)合金粒子催化剂。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HR-TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)等测试手段对催化剂的物性进行了表征。测试结果表明,圆球状的非晶态Ni-P纳米粒子均匀分散在多壁碳纳米管的侧壁,粒径大约为100 nm。进一步通过循环伏安法(CV)对催化剂乙醇氧化的电催化性能进行了研究,结果表明MWCNT/Ni-P催化剂对于碱性介质下的乙醇氧化反应有着优异的电催化性能。

【Abstract】 Multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT) supported nickel-phosphorus(Ni-P) alloy catalysts have been synthesized by a modified electroless deposition method.The resulting materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),selected area electron diffraction(SAED) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the Ni-P nanoparticles were amorphous,had a spherical geometry with a size of about 100 nm,and were homogenously distributed on the sidewalls of the MWCNTs.Electro-oxidation of ethanol on the MWCNT/Ni-P catalysts was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The MWCNT/Ni-P catalysts showed excellent electro-catalytic activity for the oxidation of ethanol in alkaline solution.
