【Abstract】 Talent is the most important resource for the development of a country and the forestry talents plays a vital supporting role about the modern forestry ecological civilization and forestry science, etc. In recent years, forestry talents work improves greatly: the forestry training scale and total amount increasing and the quality improving, development environment being optimized apparently and forestry talents training developing more effectively.
