【摘要】 [目的]观察小针刀治疗小儿拇屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果。[方法]21例患儿全部采用局麻下进行小针刀治疗,术后早期进行功能锻炼。[结果]术后随访2～24个月,患儿的拇指功能恢复良好,20例痊愈,一例放弃治疗。[结论]小针刀治疗小儿拇屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎效果很好,操作简单,恢复很快,不留疤痕。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effect of the recovery for thumb flexor tendon tenosynovitis by samll-neddle-knife therapy.[Method ] 21 patients children were treated with small-needle-knife therapy on the basis of local anesthesia,and they did functional training on the early stage of postoperation.[Results] After follow-up for 2~24 months with the thumb function recovered well,20 cases were cured,one case gave up treatment.[Conclusion] The effect that curing the thumb flexor tendon tenosynovitis through small-needle-knife therapy with easy operation was well,and the patients soon got re covery without any scars.更多还原
