【摘要】 [目的]观察麦默通系统(the mammotome system)微创切除乳腺良性肿块(benign breast lumps,BBL)(<2.0cm)的疗效。[方法]对2008年12月至2012年10月于我院乳腺科就诊的168例BBL患者采用麦默通微创旋切切除,从手术时间、术中出血量、术中疼痛及术后回访结果来评价麦默通系统在微创术中的价值。[结果]麦默通系统微创切除BBL,旋切全过程清晰、切除结果完整显像清晰;术后未出现皮肤损伤、血肿及感染等并发症;远期随访3月复查B超均未见肿块残留,乳房未见明显疤痕,乳房无变形,手术美容效果优良。[结论]麦默通微创旋切系统切除BBL,损伤小,对于<2cm的BBL尤为适用,有较好美容效果;B超引导下更显安全可行,操作简单,是一项值得推广的乳腺微创技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the cure effect of mammotome system minimal invasion resecting benign breast lumps(BBL).[Method] Take mammo tome minimal invasion circle resection to 168 cases of BBL,and appraise the system value in minimal invasion operation from operation time,bleeding,pain and return visit.[Result] The mammotome system minimal invasion resecting BBL,with clear course,had result of complete and clear development;after operation,there’s no skin injury,blood swelling,infection and other complications;followed up for 3m,with Ultra-B exam,there’s no remained lumps,or marked scar or transformation on the breast,with good operation beautification.[Conclusion] Mammotome minical invasion circle resecting BBL has little injury,is fit for BBL<2cm,with good beautification effect;under B-ultrasound,it is safe and available,simple for operation and is a breast minimal invasion technology worthy promotion.更多还原
