【摘要】 随着改革开放30多年来的深入发展和现代化进程的推进,我国最早到城市务工的第一代农民工已经到了知天命的年纪,一些已经超过60岁。相对于城镇居民退休有保障的待遇,他们的养老面临诸多困境,成为社会突出问题。本文在此基础上提出了缓解第一代农民工养老问题的对策建议,主要包括:完善养老保险体系建设;打破户籍制度障碍;发展农村经济及老年服务产业向农村转移等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With 30 years depth development of the reform and opening-up and promotion of the modernization process,the first generation of migrant workers have exceeded 60-year-old.Compared with urban residents possess retirement security,their pension has become a prominent social issue.On this basis,the paper proposed to alleviate the pension of the first generation of migrant workers,including perfecting the pension insurance systems,breaking the order of household registration system,developing the rural economy and transferring aging service industry to the countryside.更多还原
