改性单基发射药中聚酯钝感剂的扩散研究
Study on Diffusion of Polyester Deterrent in Modified Single-base Propellant
【摘要】 建立了改性单基发射药中NA聚酯钝感剂的扩散模型,结合红外光谱测试数据采用统计学方法对模型进行了验证。根据扩散模型分布函数计算出不同贮存温度下的钝感剂扩散系数,研究了扩散动力学。结果表明,NA聚酯钝感剂在长贮过程中的扩散符合Fick第二定律,扩散系数与温度的关系遵循阿仑尼乌斯方程,扩散活化能为1.25×105J/mol,指前因子为2.01×104m2/s。
【Abstract】 The diffusion model of the NA polyester deterrent in modified single-base propellant was established and validated by IR measurement data using statistical method.Based on the distribution function of diffusion model,the diffusion coefficients of the deterrent under different storage temperature were calculated.The diffusion kinetics was studied.The results show that the diffusion of NA polyester deterrent during long-time storage is in accord with the Fick’s second law.The temperature dependence of the diffusion coefficient follows the Arrhenius equation.The diffusion activation energy is 1.25×105 J/mol,and the pre-exponential factor is 2.01×104m2/s.
