【Abstract】 64 different melon varieties resistant to storage properties were used to analyze genetic diversity by RAPD marker.The results showed that 118 DNA bands were amplified with 19 random primers,of which 103 were polymorphic.An average proportion of polymorphic loci was 87.29%.64 melon varieties could be classified into three groups,which were storable,intolerance to storage and medium storable type.更多还原
