何首乌红外光谱比较及品质快速鉴定

【摘要】 利用衰减全反射红外光谱技术对何首乌的块根、茎、叶和种子等不同器官的样品提取液进行了红外光谱检测,研究了何首乌红外光谱规律,以期为何首乌品质的快速、简便评价提供依据。结果表明:何首乌块根、茎、叶、种子红外谱图呈现一定规律,块根和茎的提取成分与叶和种子的提取成分存在一定差异,并且块根和茎的提取含量高于叶、种子;块根中韧皮部有效含量高于木质部。衰减全反射红外光谱法为何首乌质量快速鉴定提供了一种有效途径。

【Abstract】 In order to identify the qualities of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,the active ingredient contents from different organs were compared using attenuated total reflection infrared spectrometry(ATR-FTIR) in this paper.Infrared spectral of Polygonum multiflorum was studied,in order to provide a base for rapid and simple evaluate the quality of it.The results showed that the contents from various organs were different.The contents in roots and stems had a higher level,which were followed by the leaf and seed.The spectrogram analysis on phloem and xylem from roots showed that the level of effective content from phloem was higher than that of xylem.This provided a method for rapid identification quality of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.by ATR-FTIR.
