【摘要】 采用染色体常规制片法,结合显微摄影技术对沙米(Agriophyllum squarrosum(Linn.)Moq.)染色体进行检测分析。结果表明:沙米为二倍体,体细胞染色体数目为18;核型公式为2n=2×=18=14m+4sm,染色体相对长度组成为10M1+8M2,全组染色体长为24.09μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为58.86%,属于1A型;染色体总体积为85.95μm3。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chromosomes was tested and analyzed through normal method for preparing sides with the technique of microphotography.The results showed that the karyotype formula was 2n=2×=18=14m+4sm and belongs to ‘1A’ type of Karyotypic.The chromosome complement based on relative length formula was 10M 1 +8M 2.The total length of all set of chromosome was 24.09μm,the AS.K was 58.86%.The total volume of chromosome was 85.95μm3.更多还原
