EDXRF对羊毛染色废水中铬和铜离子检测适用性研究

【摘要】 通过重量法配制一系列浓度的铬、铜离子标准溶液,并使用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪(EDXRF)进行测试.记录对应的计数值,制作了铬、铜离子在1×10-6~100×10-6以内的标准工作曲线.实验表明,所得曲线线性关系良好,R2>0.99;当铬、铜离子浓度在100~101×10-6范围内时仪器具有较好测量准确性.

【Abstract】 A series of standard aqueous solutions with metal ions,namely,copper( Cu) and chromium( Cr) ions,were prepared using the gravimetric method and were measured via energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence( EDXRF). The calibration curves between the counts obtained and the metal ion concentrations in the range of 10- 6to 10- 4were established. Results show that the linearity of the calibration curves was good at R2> 0. 99,and the accuracy of EDXRF detecting Cu and Cr contents from 10- 6to 10- 5is good.
