基于综合环境控制的室内变电站通风方式

【摘要】 室内变电站环境采用新风设备与空调制冷结合的方法,实现对温度、湿度、SF6有毒气体的综合控制.根据室内外环境综合因素,建立温度、湿度数学模型及SF6逸散规律的模型.模拟室内变电站送风口尺寸、送风口位置、送风温湿度和送风量对室内环境的综合控制,建立多种室内变电站通风方式模型,并在Fluent软件中进行温度和通风走势的模拟,通过对比分析得出最优通风布置模式.设计室内空气在微正压条件下,与室外进行可控流动,实现室内无尘新风层流补充的室内变电站综合保障系统试验台.在理论分析和模拟结果的基础上,测定室内变电站各环境因素,即运用综合保障系统试验台,实际测定室内温湿度、SF6浓度.试验与模拟结果显示室内变电站通风方式与室内变电站综合环境控制具有直接关系.

【Abstract】 The environment of the indoor substation achieves the integrated control of the temperature,the humidity and the poisonous gas SF6 by combing the exhaust equipment with the air conditioning and refrigeration.Mathematical models of the temperature and the humidity are built according to the integrated factors of indoor and outdoor environment.By stimulating the integrated control of the size and the location of air supply outlet,the humidity,the temperature and the volume of the supply air of the indoor substation on indoor environment,we establish various ventilation modes of indoor substation.In addition,we stimulate the tendency of the temperature and the ventilation in the Fluent program,and accomplish optimal ventilation arrangement mode by the comparative analysis.The paper designs the indoor substation comprehensive safety guarantee system test bench which is able to carry out the indoor and outdoor controllable air flow under the micro-positive pressure condition and achieves the laminar supplement of indoor fresh air.We determine the environmental factors of the indoor substation based on theoretical analysis and simulation results.That is,by using the comprehensive safety guarantee system test bench to determine the indoor temperature,humidity and SF6 gas density.The experimental and simulation results show that the ventilation mode of the indoor substation and the integrated environmental control of the indoor substation are closely related.
