超辐射发光二极管的研究进展
Recent Progresses of Superluminescent Diodes
【摘要】 超辐射发光二极管(SLD)是一种宽光谱光源,广泛用于光纤陀螺、光学相干断层扫描等领域。高性能SLD要求同时实现大功率和宽光谱输出,航天领域相关应用还要求其具有较高的抗辐射性能。本文从如何实现大功率、宽光谱输出和抗辐射加固等几方面介绍了SLD的研究进展,并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Superluminescent diode(SLD) is a kind of broadband spectrum optical source widely used in fiber optic gyroscope and optical coherence tomography.High performance SLD acquires high power and broadband spectrum and anti-radiation performance especially for aerospace applications.In this paper,recent progresses of SLD are introduced from the aspects of high power,broadband spectrum and radiation hardening,and the research focus in the future is prospected.
