【摘要】 目的探讨学龄期骨折病儿气质特征对早期功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法使用中国8～12岁学龄儿童气质量表(CSTS)和自编的学龄期骨折病儿早期功能锻炼依从性评价表,对64例四肢骨折住院8～12岁学龄期病儿进行调查。结果学龄期骨折病儿气质特征对术后早期功能锻炼依从性影响有统计学意义(χ2=63.0,P<0.01),平易型依从性最好,麻烦型依从性最差;气质维度中的反应强度与依从性呈负相关(rs=-0.392,P<0.01)。结论要重视学龄期骨折病儿气质特征对早期功能锻炼依从性的影响,根据不同气质特征,采取针对性功能锻炼方法,为后期患肢功能恢复提供良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of temperament features of preschool children with bone fractures on compliance with early functional exercise. Methods China school-age children temperament scale(CSTS)of 8-12years old, and self-designed questionnaire on compliance with early functional exercise in preschool children with bone fractures were used to investigate 64 8-12-year-olds. Results The influence of temperament characteristics in sick children on postoperative compliance with early functional exercise was statistically significant(χ2=63.0,P<0.01);the compliance in children of plain type was the best,that of trouble type,the worst;the response intensity being negatively correlated with compliance(rs=-0.392,P< 0.01). Conclusion The influence of temperament characteristics in school-age children with bone fractures on early functional exercise should be put great attention.According to different conditions,adopt different methods to provide a favourable basis for recovery of function of affected extremity.更多还原
