【摘要】 目的:采用UF-500i型尿流式分析仪检测妊娠妇女中段尿,以中段尿细菌培养为"金标准",评价UF-500i型尿流式分析仪在筛查妊娠妇女无症状泌尿道感染(UTI)中的价值。方法:对500份妊娠妇女中段尿标本做细菌培养菌落计数,并与UF-500i型尿流式分析仪结果进行比较。结果:UF-500i型尿流式分析仪阳性检出率为10.4%,细菌培养阳性检出率为8.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且一致性较好(Kappa=0.999,P<0.05)。UF-500i型尿流式分析仪筛选UTI的敏感度和特异性分别为88.4%和96.9%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为73.1%和98.9%。结论:UF-500i型尿流式分析仪筛查妊娠无症状UTI具有快速、方便、经济的特点,有很高的实用价值,但要注意尿液污染问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of the UF-500i Flow Cytometer in screening the asymptomatic urinary infection of pregnant women.Methods:The leukocytes and bacteria in 500 mid-stream urine specimens of pregnant women were detected and compared with UF-500i.Results:The positive rates of UF-500i and urine culture were 10.4% and 7.6% respectively,and their differences had no statistical significance and kept considerable consistency(Kappa=0.999,P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the UF-500i detection for urinary infection were 88.4% and 96.9% and the positive and negative predictive value were 73.1% and 98.9% respectively.Conclusions:The UF-500i Flow Cytometer in screening the asymptomatic urinary infection of pregnant women is rapidly,convenient and economical,which has good application value,and the urine contamination must be pay attention to.更多还原
