大红山微细粒铁尾矿固化技术研究

【摘要】 以大红山微细粒铁尾矿固化干堆为背景,研究了矿浆自然沉降特性、过滤特性以及3种沉降剂对其沉降效果的影响,同时对铁尾矿的固化进行了研究。结果表明,在32%矿浆中加入沉降剂,其沉降性和过滤性均优于原矿浆,且泌水较澄清。土工物理力学性能测试及XRD、SEM分析表明,低温陶瓷胶凝材料的活性硅酸盐矿物在碱激发条件下反应生成水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)及水化铝酸钙(C-A-H)胶凝,其水化产物填充于尾矿颗粒间,使颗粒胶结连接成具有一定承载力和水稳性的复合材料,实现了尾矿的安全堆存。

【Abstract】 This paper is to present a new approach to solidifying minute granule iron-ore tailings from Dahongshan Mine. First of sll,we have studied the settlement and filtration features of the natural minute granule iron ore tailings, aswell as the effectof the three sediment agents on their settlement features. Secondly, we have fixed the iron ore tailingswith chemically bonded ceramics cementmade of the aluminusilicate minerals. And, finally,we have made a detailed discussion on the mechanism of the said iron ore tailings.Atthe same time,we have tested the physical and mechanical properties of the solidified objects by using the device for vertical static bearing resistance of single pile, and the microstructures subjected to powder Xray diffraction(XRD)and the eletronic microscope scanning(SEM).The experimental results we have gained through our tests indicate that the sedimenting agents added to by the 32% minute granule iron ore tailings can help to improve the settlement and filtration features of the tailings obviously,with the upper liquid cleaning and favorable for their recycled use in the factories. The hydration products of the chemically bonded ceramic cementwere C-S-Hgel, C-A-Hand calcium aluminium silicate gel under the alkaline conditions, which is filled in the spare space between the iron ore tailing particles with a certain bearing capacity and water stability. Thus, the approach we have developed can be used as a new technology for safe disposal of such minute granule iron-ore tailings.
