5种丛枝菌根真菌在草原生态系统铜尾矿植被恢复中的作用
Role of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in promoting the vegetation restoration of the grassland eco-environment in copper mine tailings
【摘要】 采用温室盆栽试验方法,研究接种5种丛枝菌根(ArbuscularMycorrhiza,AM)真菌对草原生态系统铜尾矿土的玉米(Zea maysL.)生长、营养元素吸收、C∶N∶P生态化学计量比及重金属吸收的影响。结果表明:5种AM真菌均与玉米成功建立了共生关系,平均菌根侵染率以根内球囊霉(G.intraradices)最高,达到79.88%;接种5种AM真菌对玉米植株的生物量均无显著影响;接种摩西球囊霉(G.mosseae)和地表球囊霉(G.versiforme)显著增加了玉米根部P的吸收量;AM接种处理显著降低了玉米根部C∶P比;同时,接种AM真菌显著降低了玉米地上部Cu(G.versiforme处理除外)和Zn(聚丛球囊霉G.aggrega-tum处理除外)的质量比,而接种G.intraradices、G.mosseae和G.ver-siforme的处理显著降低了玉米植株Mn的质量比。研究表明,AM真菌对草原生态系统铜尾矿废弃地的植被恢复具有一定的潜在作用,但应进一步筛选接种效果更好的AM真菌。
【Abstract】 The present paper is aimed at the study of the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the vegetation restoration of the grassland eco-environment by taking the copper mine tailings as a case study.The whole study is done by conducting a pot experiment to trace the effects of the inoculation with the arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi grown in the copper mine tailings.The results of our experiments indicate that the symbiotic associations can be successfully established between maize and the five AM fungi in the above said copper mine tailings,with the average infection rate ranging from 22.81% to 79.88%,and G.intraradices has the highest infection rate with 79.88%.More detailedly speaking,the inoculation with AM fungi has no significant effect on the dry weights of maize,but that with G.mosseae and G.versiforme has significantly increased the concentrations of P in the roots.Whereas the five AM fungi significantly decrease the root rate of C to P,the inoculation with G.intraradices and G.versiforme noticeably decreased the root rate of N to P.In addition,the colonization of AM fungi can significantly decrease the shoot concentration of Cu(except for G.versiforme) and the concentration of Zn in the shoot(except for G.aggreatum).Besides,the inoculation with G.intraradices,G.mosseae and G.versiforme also significantly decreased the concentration of Mn in the shoots and roots,and that with G.mosseae significantly increased the concentration of Fe in the shoots and roots,so did the inoculation with G.etunicatum and G.mosseae to the concentrations of Al in the shoots.Thus,it can be seen that the experiment demonstrates that the inoculation with AM fungi significantly increased the concentrations of P in the roots.At the same time,it has adjusted the stoichiometric ratio of C:N:P,decreasing the shoot concentration of Cu(except for G.versiforme),and that of Zn(except for G.aggreatum) and Mn in the maize.That is to say,the results of our experiments prove that AM inoculation helps to reduce the toxicity of copper mine tailings,therefore,AM fungi proves to have a potential role for the revegetation of copper mine tailings in the grassland ecosystems and it is necessary to screen the better fungi species for the purpose of eco-environment restoration.
