【摘要】 目的:探讨黄甘胶囊提高免疫功能的作用。方法:以环磷酰胺（CY）致免疫抑制小鼠为研究对象,观察黄甘胶囊对免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官、迟发型超敏反应、半数溶血值(HC₅₀)、碳粒廓清能力的影响。结果:腹腔注射CY可成功建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,黄甘胶囊可明显提高免疫抑制小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数,增大免疫抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应值和HC₅₀值,提高吞噬指数K和吞噬系数α。结论:黄甘胶囊能明显增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Huanggan capsules on improving immune function.Methods:Observed the influence of Huanggan capsules on the immune organs,delayed type hypersensitivity,half hemolysis value(HC50) and carbon clearance ability of immunosuppressive mice which caused by cyclophosphamide(CY).Results:Intraperitoneal injection of CY could successfully establish immunosuppressive models of mice,Huanggan capsules could significantly improve the thymus index and spleen index of immunosuppressive mice,increase the delayed type hypersensitivity value and HC50 value,improve the phagocytic index K and phagocytic coefficient a.Conclusion:Huanggan capsules can significantly improve the immune function of immunosuppressive mice.更多还原
