【摘要】 目的:探讨优选中风复元口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷提取率和干浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法对提取过程中的加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素进行优选研究。结果:中风复元口服液提取工艺的最佳工艺为加10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次2h。结论:该实验设计合理、测定方法可行,实验结果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extract process of Zhongfengfuyuan oral liquid.Methods:The optimum conditions of Zhongfengfuyuan oral liquid were selected with the extractum and the active components paeonitloim as the indicators.Results:The optimal process was 10 times water adding into herbal pieces,then reflux extracting 2 times and 2 hours for each time.Conclusion:The optimal extration process is stable and reasonable.更多还原
