【摘要】 目的:观察强针刺强度对肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法:64例患者随机分为强针刺组34例及弱针刺组30例,分别予相应针刺强度治疗,2周后评价两组治疗前后症状积分。结果:针刺后两组症状积分均较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.01),强针刺组针刺后上腹胀、体倦乏力、纳差症状积分较弱针刺组显著降低(P<0.05);强针刺组总有效率显著高于弱针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:强、弱针刺治疗肝郁脾虚型FD均能改善患者的临床症状,强刺激针刺治疗FD效果更为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of strong acupuncture intensity on liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:64 patients were randomly divided into strong acupuncture group 34 cases and weak acupuncture group 30 cases,which were treated with corresponding acupuncture treatment.After 2 weeks,before and after treatment,the two groups symptom scores were evaluated.Results:After acupuncture,two groups of symptom scores decreased obviously than before treatment(P<0.01).Symptom scores in strong acupuncture group was significantly lower than weak acupuncture group,including big belly,body tired asthenia and anorexia(P<0.05);strong acupuncture group total effective rate was significantly higher than weak acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both strong and weak acupuncture intensity can improve clinical symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type FD patient,more obvious effect in strong acupuncture intensity.更多还原
